We've just elected a new committee.
We have just held elections for the new CUYC committee, the new committee is as follows:
- Commodore - Florian Gruessing
- Vice-Commodore Sailing - Tom Playford
- Cruising Officer - Douglas Byatt
- Racing office - Jennifer Warren
- Vice-Commodore Operations - Gregory Chadwick
- Bosun - James Gordon
- Sponsorship & Publicity Officer - Ian Craigie
- Vice-Commodore Training - Robin Lees
- Practical Training Officer - Ben Winpenny
- RYA Principal - Hywel Room
- RYA Chief Instructor - Robin Lees
- Vice-Commodore Finance - Paul Fox
Not all positions are filled. So if you've been enjoying everything the club provides why not get keen and get involved? We are currently looking for new officers for the following positions, please email the commodore (commodore@cuyc.org.uk) if you're keen to get on the committee.
- Purser - Assists VC Finance is running the club's accounts
- Social Officer - Arranges all our fantastic socials
- Webmaster - Looks after the website
- RC Operations - Assists VC operations in running various aspects of the club and boat
- Theory Training Officer - Organises all of the theoretical training courses we offer
