CUYC is so proud to be able to say that three of its members successfully passed RYA Yachtmaster qualifications this weekend, after a week of preparations and intense training under the tutelage of Chris Cane and organised by Vice Commodore (Training) Annabelle.

Lidia and Beth have come away with YM Coastal, and Fraser successfully passed his YM Offshore qualification. These are not trivial exams and reflect a lot of hard work and training, so they should be so proud of themselves.

A special thanks goes out to former CUYC Commodore Eve Stewart who crewed during the training week and exam, and I understand lifted and carried the spirits of the candidates throughout
