CUYC AGM 2026

AGM will be held in Robinson College on 4th of Feb. Please email commodore@cuyc.org.uk if you are interested in being in the committee. Details in the blog.


Hi all,


This years AGM will be held in Teaching Room 4, Robinson College on Wednesday the 4th of February starting at 7pm.


The committee positions available are as follows:
• Commodore (Sailing experience helpful)

• Vice-Commodore Sailing

• Vice-Commodore Training

• Vice-Commodore Racing

• Vice-Commodore Operations (Sailing experience helpful)

• Cruising Officer

• Training Officer

• Racing Officer

• Pursers

• Secretary

• Bosun (Sailing experience helpful)

• Web Admin

• Publicity and Sponsorship Officer

• Quartermaster


Details of each role can be found on our website by clicking 'The Club' button on the home page, followed by clicking 'Committee' under the text 'What is CUYC?'.


If you would like to run for a committee position please email me at commodore@cuyc.org.uk. If you would like to run for a position but are unsure which one, please email me and we can have a chat about which roles would be the best for you. Please do this by 6pm on Tuesday 3rd February.


I would like to add that being in the committee has been very rewarding and has been a great opportunity to get to know people in our community better. So please, get involved!
