Some things that make life good (not necessarily in the given order):

1. Good food
2. Good coffee
3. Chilled out sailing

The aim of this trip is simple; to provide all these things in abundance. Starting somewhere on the east coast, we'll see where the weather takes us, ensuring that the galley is in constant use to provide a stream of delicious sailing food. Cooking skills not a prerequisite, but a willingness to at least try is.
